There are key success factors that will make your experience with the IPA happen smoothly and generate insightful results:
Create urgency: The CEO should send a direct email inviting the selected candidates to fill out the online assessment, explaining what will be done, why is it important , and by when
Give/get support from team: The selected candidates should be able to push collaborators to complete the assessment by the proposed deadline in order to receive speedy and holistic results
Become familiarized with the IPA: Before filling the IPA, take your time to review its instructions and learn how the platform works to ask questions and get answers beforehand
