GIMI's Innovation Potential Assessment

The Innovation Potential Assessment (IPA) highlights the readiness of an individual to initiate and implement innovation projects by assessing two components:

1. Innovative Mindset 

2. Know-how to make innovation real

• Participants carry out an Online Innovation Potential Self- Assessment to discover their innovation profile. 

• The self-assessment categorizes individuals into one of seven innovation profiles based on their levels of mindset and know-how. 

• Self-assessment results generate personalized reports for individuals, highlighting mindset, know-how, innovation profile and improvement suggestions. 

• Organizations assessing groups can identify innovation-ready individuals for teams and those who require training to improve their skills.
